- one pound burger
- 1 cup condiments
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 green pepper, grated
- 1 bunch of green onions, chopped
- 1 (8 ounces) large egg package
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated store cheese
- 1 tomato, chopped
In a large slippery skillet, cook and stir ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in salsa and water. Let simmer for ten minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain.
Add the bell pepper and onions and continue to boil until the vegetables are crunchy/tender. Stir in noodles and sour cream. Sprinkle cheese on top and pan canopy until cheese melts.
Sprinkle grated tomatoes on top and serve.
